We aim to call you back the same day. For a leak or storm damage we will get out to you as soon as we can, and for planned work like a replacement or new fascias and guttering we book a free look at the roof at a time that suits you.

Our workmanship. If something goes wrong because of how we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 20 years. Materials are covered separately by their manufacturer warranties.

Both. A slipped tile, a leak around a chimney or a length of guttering is as welcome as a full renewal, and a lot of our replacement work starts as a repair visit where the roof turns out to be past patching. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at.
It depends on the job. Plenty of repairs are done safely off a ladder or a tower, but anything at height or across a whole roof needs proper access. Where scaffolding is needed we arrange it and price it up front, so it is in the written quote rather than a surprise later.
For a repair you settle up on completion once you are happy with it. On a full renewal there is a materials deposit so the tiles and the scaffold can be booked in, and the balance is due when the work is finished. Whatever the job, it is set out in writing before we start.
